# Bacumi Theme privacy

Bacumi Theme ships static theme definitions and images. It has no executable entry point, runtime dependencies, telemetry, analytics or runtime network requests. The extension does not read your project, collect usage data or send code to Bacumi.com.

VS Code and Visual Studio Marketplace are separate Microsoft products and can process installation, update or usage information according to their own settings and [Microsoft's privacy statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).

Opening Bacumi.com or emailing support is a separate action. A support email supplies the information you choose to send; it is used to handle your request. Avoid including sensitive or proprietary information. For questions about information you sent, contact [support@bacumi.com](mailto:support@bacumi.com). See the [Bacumi.com website](https://bacumi.com) for its current website privacy notice.
