What to include
- Extension name and version, browser version, and the affected Azure DevOps Services page.
- The action you attempted, expected result and actual result.
- Steps to reproduce and a redacted error message or screenshot, if useful.
Do not send passwords, personal access tokens, session tokens, repository source, unredacted workbooks or personal data about colleagues. A synthetic example is usually enough. We do not need access to your organization to receive a support request.
Security and privacy
Report suspected security issues privately to the same email address with “Security” in the subject. Avoid public reviews for vulnerabilities or confidential material. For privacy rights, use “Privacy request” in the subject; applicable legal response deadlines apply independently of the free support policy. Information you send is handled under our Privacy Policy.
