These terms cover the Bacumi.com website. Free extension use is governed by the linked end-user license and product terms.
1. Acceptance
Use the Bacumi.com website lawfully and respect these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. Bacumi.com is a publishing name and does not assert that a company is incorporated. Extension installation and use are governed by the Free Extension License.
2. Service scope and status
The website provides documentation, release information and support for PR Pulse Free, Treefold and Tagfold. Product pages describe current availability; an upcoming product page does not promise a release date. Microsoft services remain subject to their own terms.

3. Free editions and future products
The free editions have no subscription, license key, license fee or automatic paid renewal. Separate future paid products would require separate disclosed terms and an explicit purchase; these pages do not enroll you in one.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Bacumi services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or violate applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
The relevant rights holders retain rights in software, branding and documentation, except rights explicitly granted by the Free Extension License or applicable third-party licenses. You retain rights in your own data and exports.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Website information is provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty of uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy is given. Check current product documentation and Microsoft service status before relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law, the website publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from website use or interruptions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies remain unaffected.
7. Governing law
Romanian law and applicable European Union law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections under the law that applies to you and any mandatory right to use your local courts.
Updates to these terms
Changes will be identified by an updated date. Material changes will be made available before they apply to future use, as required by law. They do not retroactively impose fees or replace the license supplied with an earlier extension release.
