Tagfold Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Conditions for using the free Tagfold extension within your Azure DevOps organization.
License and free use
The Free Extension License provides the complete end-user terms, including the grant, restrictions, support, warranties, liability, termination and applicable law. Personal and internal business use of the unmodified extension is free, without a subscription, license key or automatic paid renewal. Availability follows the published release status.
Authorization and acceptable use
Use the extension only with authorization from your organization and in accordance with applicable law and Microsoft’s terms. Do not bypass permissions, misuse access tokens, disrupt services or expose data you are not entitled to share. Your Azure DevOps permissions continue to apply.
Read and write access to work items, used for tag rename, merge and deletion. Actions also depend on your project permissions.
Before you act
Rename, merge and delete actions change project data and can affect multiple work items. Review the scope and confirmation before proceeding. Cancellation or a failure may leave completed changes in place, and a dispatched write with no response may have an unknown outcome. There is no guaranteed automatic rollback. Check the merge receipt and current tags before retrying, and follow your organization’s recovery procedures.
Data and privacy
Your data and exports remain yours. The free extension does not send project data to Bacumi.com. Read the product privacy notice for data processed in the browser, stored preferences and deletion limits.
Help and service expectations
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis with no guaranteed response time or service level. Visit product support for troubleshooting and contact details. Statutory rights, privacy request deadlines and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
